Hello, I am Dr. Angana Mukherjee Sharma , an RCI-registered Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in mental health care, psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and clinical supervision. My work is guided by the belief that every individual deserves a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to explore their experiences, overcome challenges, and foster emotional well-being.

I hold an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Calcutta and have had the privilege of training and working at some of India's leading academic and healthcare institutions, including the University of Calcutta , the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bengaluru , and Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Mumbai . These experiences have enriched my clinical expertise and provided me with extensive exposure to diverse mental health concerns across different populations and settings.

Over the years, I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, emotional challenges, and life transitions and had multicultural exposures.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Behaviour Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Existential Therapy, and Couple and Family Therapy. I believe in tailoring treatment to each individual's unique needs, strengths, and goals.

Alongside my clinical practice, I am actively engaged in research, training, and professional development. My academic interests include women's mental health, work-family balance and career development.
